It is so satisfying to see their eyes light up when they realize, “this is the home we have been looking for!” It’s always a pleasure to witness my clients excitement build as they begin to personalize their home through visualizing entertaining in their spacious living room, contemplating where they will put their furniture, and fantasizing about relaxing and watching their big screen!
It’s been said, “When you love what you do you never work again,” and “variety is the spice of life!” My enjoyment of Real Estate stems from succeeding in the many different arenas that working in the profession requires. Many of my strong points include finding properties, negotiating deals, working with lenders and attorneys to ensure smooth closings, negotiating and facilitating repairs, effective home staging, and marketing/advertising homes to get the highest price possible in the shortest amount of time with minimal to no roadblocks.
